About the event
Downtown business are so excited to host the Halloween Hoo-Doo again this year! Trick-or-treating will begin at 5:30 and the Costume Contest will be at 7:00 at the basketball courts next to Town Hall! If you are a business that will be handing out candy, please email jbeasley@townofelkton.com.
